Switch the Play Foundation are delighted to announce that they have received funding from The People's Postcode Lottery to support their Athlete Transition services. Postcode Neighbourhood Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
This exciting news will enable Switch The Play to help even more sports people to transition successfully to a life beyond sport.
