An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Athlete Engagement Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting athletes in their personal and professional development and in their preparation for life outside of sport.
The Athlete Engagement Manager (AEM) acts as the primary point of contact for athletes joining Switched On helping to understand their journey and needs, and navigate individuals to support (both internally within Switched On and as appropriate with external providers). They also provide ongoing support to ensure existing beneficiaries are aware and are easily able to access different elements of support as needed.
