Financial Wellbeing is an integral part of a sportsperson’s transition away from sport and a considered financial plan will give you peace of mind throughout and beyond your sporting career. This masterclass will look at what might happen if you put off financial planning, take you through the steps to implement a financial plan and explore the ongoing support available to you.

This masterclass is tailored according to the type of sportsperson and expected earnings:16-21 year-old/Academy/Young professional; Professional (paid) sportspeople; Non-professional/semi-professional/amateur sportspeople.

Retirement is inevitable and unpredictable, so the earlier you plan for the future, the better. It helps to reduce some of the stress and fear of the future, allowing you to focus on your sport.
