As the former CEO and now Ambassador for Switch the Play, Lloyd fully understands the challenges of athlete transition and wants to ensure every athlete is equipped for a successful life after sport. 

Centrum Solutions works with Switch the Play’s Career Pathway Service to create new opportunities for athletes once their sporting career comes to an end. They do this by offering athlete Switched On members access to business mentors,  

introduction to a range of career pathways in different sectors and different types of roles, practical job skills advice and opportunities for work placements, internships and shadowing.  

With Centrum’s support, we can better guide former athletes to make informed decisions about the right career opportunities and ultimately connect them with potential employers.
